How does the annual discount work?

Do I need both Implementation and a retainer?
Not necessarily. Implementation is a one-time, fixed-scope setup that closes the highest-impact gaps on your priority pages. A retainer is the ongoing loop that keeps and compounds those gains as engines change. Many clients start with Implementation and move to Growth once the foundations are in place — but you can begin with either.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can move between Growth and Authority with a scope-change order as your needs grow or shrink. Scope is always defined upfront, so any change is deliberate — never a silent add-on.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Retainers run on quarterly commitments — the loop needs a few cycles to move visibility — but there's no multi-year lock-in. You'll get directional reporting each month and a value review at 90 days before any renewal.
